It has revolutionized the construction industry through its introduction of the new low cost ”Hydra Form” interlocking bricks which is particularly relevant to the Ethiopian and African construction sector in terms of its low production costs and locally sourced raw materials.
Currently East African Real Estate Development P.L.C. have acquired a land of its own at the heart of the city right in front Sheger park on the road to Addisu gebeya (a place name meaning the new market ) Total acquired land of 2111 sq. meter where only 219 sq. meter of land is on lease bases. EARD have completed all the necessary design and logistical work for two blocks of G+6 type and one block of G+5 type apartment buildings and the earthwork has just began which is the main step for the execution of the project.
